Welcome
Founded in 1948, Indian Trail Archers is a private archery club rooted in tradition and driven by community. With both indoor and outdoor ranges—including a beautiful facility in Lena, IL—we offer year-round access for archers of all skill levels.
Whether you’re just discovering archery or you’ve been shooting for years, we provide opportunities to grow your skills and connect with others who share your passion. Our events include 3D shoots, leagues, MAC qualifiers, and fun community gatherings. We also offer instruction and classes for those looking to learn the basics or sharpen their technique.
Membership includes unlimited access to our indoor range in downtown Freeport, but you don’t have to be a member to enjoy many of our events.

Attention Members!
We are now in a new membership season. Locks will be changed on November 1st, 2025. There will be a member at the range every Thursday from 6pm-7pm to renew your membership and pick up your new key. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you need help!

Why you should visit: To learn about the archery classes and league competitions available to youth at Indian Trail, as well as opportunities for adults, which may be arranged with the club sign up or contact us.
What you will find: An indoor shooting range, targets, and access to an outdoor range. Options for club leagues, classes, fun shoots, and 3D shoots are also available.
